About

ABOUT

What's the point?

Even if you are not a manager, chances are you have one.

75% of workers who voluntarily left their jobs did so because of their bosses. It is clear that people quit bosses, not companies. Don't make the same mistakes as your manager.

Before you can effectively manage other people and help them find their purpose, you need to truly understand yourself and manage yourself.
